Delete the middle 3×3. Build a rail panel under the middle tile, then another floor to the rail so you can delete the top floor. You can essentially force a random event to find the Derelict Freighter by activating the Pulse Drive. While doing this, the Receiver scans the frequencies and leads you to the Derelict Freighter. There are multiple landing pads on the Freighter, meaning this is can be a multiplayer encounter.
