The device displays the date your VO2 max. estimate was last updated. i took my new vivoactive 3 out of the box, paired it to my phone in seconds and it was perfect. around two hours later the watch froze. since then i've not been able to pair with my phone. i've plugged in to garmin express and found a new update, but that hasn't made a difference other than updating to the correct date!

During garmin coach workout runs, I am experiencing a device reset or bug, at the very end of the run. What happens is that: Device stops playing music, reset screen comes, and a few seconds later device opens itself, still showing activity but paused. I manually continue activity pressing the button, then finish activity.
Hi all, After reseting to watch defaults / factory (using the watch menu) I then reconnected my watch on GarminExpress via USB and Synced (resintall app, watch face etc).
My Vivoactive 3 touch screen freezes. Otherwise the watch works normally. The only way to activate again touch screen is by hard reset. The freezing appears almost every day, or other day with no apparent reason. Sometimes even after hard reset the screen remains unresponsive and I have to hard reset several times before screen starts responding

Touching the face, tapping it, pressing the side button and sliding along the side bezel do nothing. Plugging in the charger also does nothing . The green sensor lights on the watch are also not lit. There must be sufficient battery charge because the frozen screen will light up if touched. Is there some way to reset or resuscitate it?
