For the specialization in other games, see Assassin (Origins) and Assassin (Dragon Age II). Assassin is a Rogue specialization in Dragon Age: Inquisition. Any rogue can kill a target, but assassins make death into an art form. They specialize in quick, deadly kills that let them slide back into the shadows undetected, or indirect kills that eliminate targets while the assassin is safely away

Golurkcanfly 9 years ago #4. Reaver is pretty good for DPS, and Champion is the best Tank. Templar is sort of inbetween, but has good support skills.
The three specialization trainers for warriors can be found on the battlements of Skyhold, at the most southern point of the top map (as shown above). There is Lord Chancer de Lion for the Champion role, Ser for the Templar role, and Breaker Thram for the Reaver role. You can speak to all three NPCs and choose to undertake all three quests, but
The inquisitor can pick from three different specializations, but it's a permanent choice, even if you use the respec item. Party members have a natural specialization ( ie, vivienne is a knight enchanter, Cassandra is a paladin, iron bull a reaver, etc). Party member specializations will NEVER change. What they have is what you get.

Russian_Rocket 8 years ago #6. I only respec'd my inquisitor. Mostly because I'm lazy with micromanaging. It's cheap enough to respec, so you might as well, if you want. I don't think it's necessary as I did manage to get to the end (and beat the 10 high dragons) on hard without doing it for everyone.
With the upgrade, you'd do 990% + 150% damage. So the name of the game becomes keeping your charge count high. The easiest way to do this is energy barrage - it gives you like 60 charges.
