Yes you can, at least on a GW6 Classic. I found the setting on the watch in Settings>Security and privacy>Wrist detection. The same setting doesn't seem to be available from my phone (not a Samsung phone). I find this to be an excellent addition for reasons other than tattoos. There is a feature in galaxy watch 4 to turn on watch only mode in battery section inside settings. This is a great option, but it would be nicer if the watch face in watch only had current watch face which is selected or some analog clock with always on display as option, this option to choose watch faces in watch only mode is a useful feature.
